1. Thank you for choosing our products.
2. Every effort is made to ensure that the colours of our products appear on this website are as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. So please put this in consideration before buying.
3. Information and the size of each products has been clearly set out, please consider carefully before placing an order.
4. All products will be inspected and checked before dispatching to the buyers.
5. Buyers may be required to pay for shipping costs (postage, or courier services charges). We will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping.

Shopping Process:

1. We currently only accept Email Orders.
   1. You can add in your desired items into the shopping cart then click on 'Checkout' after you have finished your selection. Once you've filled in a few details and have chosen the shipping method. Select Email as the Payment Option, then just copy and paste the content in the Email Order Form into a new email and send it back to us at orders@thedreambag.com.hk
   2. Place your order directly to us by downloading the Offline Order Form and email it back to us at orders@thedreambag.com.hk with the Subject of "Offline Order". 
2. When we have received your order, a confirmation email will send to you within one (1) business day* to confirm your items, shipping methods, and payment methods. Information for your chosen payment methods will also be provided.
3. After receiving our confirmation email, please settle your payment within three (3) business days*. Otherwise, order will be void by default
4. If you chose to settle your order by Bank Transfer, please send an email to notify us after you’ve completed the payment with the Transaction Advice slip / Fund Transfer Receipt attached.
5. Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order on the next Business day*. You will receive an Order Update email from us confirming purchase has been dispatched.
6. Transaction completed! Thank you and please come again!!

*Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

We will dispatch confirmed orders by the following business day*, subject to stock availability. We will not be held accountable for unanticipated delays. No deliveries will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Return and refund:
All products will be inspected and checked before dispatching to the buyers. However, if you have received a faulty product that is due to manufacturer’s defect, please notify us immediately via email with a photo of the faulty part attach. Exchange for the same item is subject to availability, if item is not available, we will make a refund to you.

Our refund / exchange policy is applicable for the first seven (7) days from the date of dispatch. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED after these seven (7) days period. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Any items deemed to have been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item.  

 

Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Changes / Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email to us as soon as possible. Every effort to accommodate your request will be made; however, once a product has been shipped from our premises, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
