- Every effort is made to ensure that the colours of our products appear on this website are as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. So please put this in consideration before buying.
- Information and the size of each products has been clearly set out, please consider carefully before placing an order.
- All products will be inspected and checked before dispatching to the buyers.
- Buyers may be required to pay for shipping costs (postage, or courier services charges). We will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping.

- Click “Continue Shopping” to add more desired item(s) into the shopping cart.
- After you’ve finished shopping, enter promotional code if applicable, then click the “Checkout” button from the shopping cart page.
- In Checkout, fill in the Shipping & Billing Details, review the address information as we will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrectly placed address information.
- Choose a Shipping Method, and click the "Pay Via PayPal" Button.
- If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, order process is now completed.
- If you choose to pay via PayPal, click the “PayPal Click here to pay” Button to continue, you will be directed to PayPal payment gateway. Please fill in PayPal account information or if you are not a registered PayPal user, please fill in your Credit Card details and submit payment. The order process is now completed.
- Once you've completed the process, an automatically generated email will be sent to you with the order number.
- For Bank Transfer payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with payment details.
- Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within 2 - 3 Business days*.
- You will receive an order update email from us confirming purchase has been dispatched.
- Transaction completed! Thank you and see you again soon!
*Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

We will dispatch confirmed orders within 2 - 3 business days*, subject to stock availability. We will not be held accountable for unanticipated delays. No deliveries will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

^ We strongly advise customers choose either Hong Kong Post with registration service or courier service for shipping method. When orders go astray, we cannot claim for non tracked items and will not be able to replace the items.

Return and Refund:
All products will be inspected and checked before dispatching to the buyers. However, if you have received a faulty product that is due to manufacturer’s defect, please notify us immediately via email with a photo of the faulty part attach. Exchange for the same item is subject to availability, if item is not available, we will make a refund to you.
Our refund / exchange policy is applicable for the first seven (7) days from the date of dispatch. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after these seven (7) days period. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Any items deemed to have been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item.
Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Please note, during a promotion, no refund or exchange on sale items.
Changes / Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email to us as soon as possible. Every effort to accommodate your request will be made; however, once a product has been shipped from our premises, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
